Work from the Lab on elucidating SARS-CoV-2 resistance pathways to atilotrelvir, ibuzatrelvir, and simnotrelvir is published in Nature Communications! This work identified significant cross-resistance among 3CL protease inhibitors among selected viruses, raising an important point of consideration during COVID-19 treatment, as well as highlighting the need for further compound development.
